易错点：on，over和above，作为介词，均可表示位置。但是用法区别呢？
请看几组例句：
①There is a bridge over the river. 河上有一座桥。
The kite flies over the sky. 风筝在云层上面飞。
When it rains，you carry an umbrella over your head．下雨时，你在头顶上打一把伞。
②There are some books on the table. 桌子上有几本书。
She put her coat on the bed. 她把大衣放在床上。
Theres some water on the floor, so you should be careful. 地板上有些水，小心。
③—Where is the picture?
—It is above the couch.
There is a map on the wall above my desk. 在我书桌上方的墙上有张地图。
The airplane flies above that tall building. 飞机飞过那个高的建筑物。
【辨析】above，on，over
三者都含有在…上的意思。
above 表示在…上方（未必在正上方），与below相对，两者不接触。
on表示在…上（两者接触）
over 表示在…正（垂直）上方, 两者不接触，与under相对。
������小窍门：
ab 配对，er 成双一句话。因为 above 和below 这一对，它们的首字母分别是 a 和 b，所以我们叫ab 配对；而 over 和 under 这组相对词结尾的两个字母都是 er，所以我们又叫它er 成双。用这种方法能把它们区分开来了吗？
