六级作文范文

第1套——中国的高等教育成就

Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 mimites to writean essay based on the chart below. You should start your essay

with a brief description of the chart and comment on Chinas achievements in higher education. You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.

【范文】

As is shown by the figures in the table, the Gross enrolment ratio in higher education in China has been on rise from 3.4% in 1990 to over 50% in 2019, especially from 2012, at an annual increase rate at about 3%. I personally agree that China is witnessing a prosperity in higher education.

First of all, the government has promoted compulsory education for every student and scholarships for poor students in China. This means that every student must receive education at appropriate age. Also, poor people will have the chance to pursue higher education and get better jobs.

Moreover, the awareness of the importance of education has been raised to Chinese people. For example, Chinese parents tend to invest more on younger generation’s education. Other than studying in school, after-school lessons help improve children’s studies, which can help the children perform better in college entrance examinations.

Overall, the Gross enrolment ratio in higher education in China will still rise in the future.

第2套——中国城市化的成就

Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 mimites to write an essay based on the graph below. You should start your essay with a brief description of the graph and comment on Chinas achievements in urbanization. You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.

【范文】

As is illustrated by the percentage in the chart, the share of urban population in China has been increasing from 19.39% in 1989 to 60.50% in 2019, which indicates prosperity in Chinese urbanization. I personally believe that this trend of urbanization will still grow in the future.

Firstly, the government is expanding the scale cities to improve people’s living condition. This is because the development of technology and society needs more resources so that more suburbs become parts of the city to provide more resources. Also, more entertainment facilities are built in the cities. Therefore, the cities need expanding.

Moreover, as more opportunities of employment can be applied in the city, more people come to the cities. For example, an increasing number of young people find jobs and settle down in cities, leading to the urbanization of the rural places. Therefore, the share of urban population has been on rise for years.

Overall, the urbanization in China is inevitable and we should make full use of the advantages.

第3套——中国的扶贫成果

Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 mimites to write an essay based on the chart below. You should start your essay

with a brief description of the chart and comment on Chinas achievements in poverty alleviation. You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.

【范文】

As is shown in the table, the ratio of rural population in poverty in China drops significantly from around 10% in 2012 to 0% in 2020. From the sharp decline in the chart, it goes without saying that China has made great achievement in poverty alleviation in rural places.

First, people from rural places can earn more money in big cities to raise their family. This is because the Chinese government has provided free education and scholarships, which further helps poor people to achieve higher education and become competitive in search jobs. Also, the government also improves more welfare system to help alleviate the living pressure of the poor people working in big cities.

Moreover, the government helps to develop agriculture in rural places and help people in poverty earn more money in their hometown. For example, the government encourages to plant some vegetables in certain places and helps the farmers to sell those products to all over the country. So people in poor places can live better.

Overall, Chinese government has contributed a lot to help solve poverty in the rural places and has made great achievement.
